Plot: A poignant tale about children that are left to fend for themselves: some are dropped off in the street, while some are abandoned in the hospital the second they are born. Municipality (Shams) is a 12 year old kid. He is called so because he was found outside a Municipality hospital. His friends include street children like the 10 year old Cutting (Fayaz), 8 year old Dhed Shaana (Jaffer), 14 year old Soda (Salman), and a 10 year old girl called Sursuri (Almas).....
